✨ Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, scent preference, color preference, or other personal preferences.

🎨 Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Made-to-order and custom items are created especially for you based on the selections or requests provided when ordering. Because of their personalized nature, these items are final sale.

Please keep in mind that our products are handmade. Small variations in color, pattern, glitter placement, appearance, or other details are part of what makes each treasure unique and are not considered defects.

📦 Damaged, Broken or Incorrect Items
We want you to love what you receive! If your order arrives damaged or broken, or if we made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging when possible. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

❌ Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled only if we have not begun making, preparing, or shipping your order.

Once work has begun on a made-to-order/custom item or an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
